August O’Neal is a dynamic stand-up comedian with over 14 years of experience captivating audiences with her bold, relatable, and unapologetically real comedy. She has graced some of the most respected stages in the country, including Chocolate Sundays at the Laugh Factory and the world-famous Comedy Store.
A staple in the Arizona comedy scene, August performs at premier venues such as Stand Up Live, Desert Ridge Improv, Mic Drop, and Stir Crazy Comedy Club. Her reach extends far beyond her home state, with performances across the U.S. and internationally.
In 2023, August expanded her global footprint with standout performances in Paris at the Broadway Comedy Club and Don’t Tell Comedy Paris. She also appeared in major festivals and showcases including the Empire State Comedy Festival, Comedy in Harlem, and the Lysistrata Comedy Festival.
Most recently, she performed at Kenan Thompson’s Pop-Up Comedy Festival at the Jimmy Kimmel’s Comedy Club.
In addition to performing, August is a producer and creative force. She has produced two comedy specials at the Funny Bone and is the creator of the “Hotter Than July” Summer Series, an annual comedy showcase bringing high-energy performances to audiences in Waikiki.
